& Field Roster Form ( 1. The Regional is at 2. Team buses must enter from Long
Shoals road – not Overlook Road, not 3. Teams must enter through the
Visitor’s gate. Coaches will pick up Meet packets at this gate. Packets will
contain athlete wrist bands. All athletes and coaches must have band to enter. 4. This gate will be the point of
entry/exit for athletes to access the warm-up area throughout the day. To
regain access, they must have their wrist bands. 5. All interior gates that access the
Track will be closed at 6. Projected schedule: Officials Meeting – Scratch Meeting – General Coaches Meeting – Field Events – 4x800M – Prelims – Finals – Rolling, beginning as soon
as we seed the finals after prelims. (05-04-08) 3A West Region Provisional Performance List A brief note regarding performance list: In all events, automatic qualifiers make the
field, regardless of how many. If there are less than 12 auto-qualifiers, the Meet
Director may fill out the field to 12. In this case, the field can not exceed
12. As an example, the boy’s HJ: 8 athletes met the 6’-2” auto standard. #9 jumped
6’-1” and was accepted. There are 6 additional athletes tied at 6’-0.”
Accepting these athletes (non auto-qualifiers) pushes the field past 12.
